Take the time to read it thoroughly.++ ::: ข้าพเจ้า มีความประสงค์จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Park Run 2026 ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2569 ณ สิงห์ปาร์ค เชียงราย ข้าพเจ้าได้ทราบกติกาในการจัดกิจกรรม และ ยอมรับทุกประการหากมีความบาดเจ็บหรือเสียหายใดๆ เกิดขึ้นอันเนื่องจากความประมาทของข้าพเจ้าเอง ข้าพเจ้าจะไม่เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายฟ้องร้องจากผู้จัดงาน ::: หมายเหตุ: ทางผู้จัดงานได้มีการทำประกันอุบัติเหตุให้กับผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมทุกท่าน โดยมีการครอบคลุมค่ารักษาพยาบาลเนื่องจากอุบัติเหตุ 10,000 บาท คุ้มครองชีวิต 100,000 บาท ::: I hereby am willing to participated Park Run 2026 on 20 December 2026 at Singha Park Chiang Rai. I acknowledge and accept the rules and regulations of the challenge. If there is any injury or damage caused by my own negligence, I have no right to claim compensation or action against the organizer. ::: Remark : The organizer has registered accident insurances for every participant. It will cover medical and accident expenses for 10,000 Thai Baht and life coverage for 100,000 Thai Baht in addition. ::: ในการจัดงานกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ บริษัทมีการบันทึกภาพและเสียงของการจัดงานกิจกรรมเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์การดําเนินกิจการ ของบริษัท การรักษาความปลอดภัยและเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานตามกฎหมาย ผู้เข้าร่วมงานสามารถศึกษานโยบายคุ้มครอง ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัทได้ที่ www.singhapark.com หรือ สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ info@singhapark.com ::: In organizing this event, SPC has recorded images of the event to publicize its operations, maintain security, and use them as legal evidence.
